One of our most exciting recent projects was the transformation of the 4th floor of LaSalle Plaza—a space that was reimagined from vacant offices into a stunning, vibrant tenant amenity area. Designed by the visionary minds at RSP and brought to life by the skilled team at FP, this renovation project is a true example of blending luxury with functionality to create an unforgettable experience.

From the moment you step into this transformed space, it’s clear that the line between vision and reality has beautifully disappeared. The 20,000 square feet of newly revitalized space now features an array of modern, multi-functional amenities designed to meet the needs of today’s professionals. A highlight of the renovation is the state-of-the-art golf simulator lounge, providing a fun and unique space for tenants to unwind and engage in friendly competition. Other key features include a spacious lounge area perfect for relaxation or meetings, a versatile training center, and fully renovated restrooms.

A rooftop deck rounds out the transformation, offering tenants breathtaking views and a perfect setting for social gatherings or solo moments of inspiration. This $4 million project redefines tenant engagement by turning LaSalle Plaza into a multi-use destination, blending luxury with practicality to serve as a true hub for building tenants.
